ShiftKindly is a direct-hire placement service run by Ayesha Bogart.

The employer pays the placement fee. The worker does not pay any fee to ShiftKindly. The worker does not pay the employer for the introduction.

Fee: 15% of the worker's first-year pay, paid by the employer.

Guarantee: 90 days from the start date.

If the worker quits or is let go during the guarantee, and it is not a layoff or a cut in hours, ShiftKindly will try one time to introduce a replacement for the rest of the guarantee. If that is not possible within 30 days, the fee is refunded in proportion to the unused days in the guarantee.

ShiftKindly does not send a person to the employer until Ayesha approves that introduction.
