ShiftKindly stores that you are 18 or older, not your date of birth. It does not store a Social Security number or an ID number as text. A paper file, if you upload one, stays with you and Ayesha. Employers never see it. It does not ask about criminal history.

Texts are optional. Reply STOP to opt out. You can delete your account from your home screen. A hire record may stay so the employer fee can be tracked.
